We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to join our team. The Administrative Intern will provide crucial support to various administrative functions within the company. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and organizing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Help with organizing company records and maintaining databases
- Aid in handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
